StillMD Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they cannot access the product, the product does not work as described, or they are not satisfied during the initial access period.

Send refund requests to [email protected] with the purchase email and a short reason for the request.

Subscription renewals may be cancelled before renewal from the customer account or billing flow.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, the merchant of record and payment processor for StillMD.

Refund timing may depend on the payment method or bank. No physical return is required because delivery is digital.
