After payment, the customer account receives the StillMD Pro entitlement and access through supported release channels as they are enabled for the product.

Renewals may be cancelled before the next billing cycle through the customer account or billing flow.

Digital delivery

StillMD Pro uses account-based entitlement and digital delivery. Early-access release channels are enabled progressively, and support or billing can confirm access if a customer account does not show the expected delivery path.
