These terms govern StillMD, including the companion account service, StillMD Pro billing flow, supported release-channel access, and customer support surfaces.
StillMD is a digital software product built around a local-first Markdown workspace and a Laravel companion control plane for account, billing, entitlement, and support workflows.
The service is provided under the StillMD brand and should be evaluated as early software with a progressive release-channel rollout rather than a blanket platform launch.
The local free core remains available where the product allows it. StillMD Pro is the paid account-based plan tied to supported release channels, billing-managed renewals, and entitlement-backed access.
StillMD Pro currently uses a first checkout of $39, made from a $27/year recurring subscription plus a $12 one-time first-year activation charge. Renewal is $27/year.
Paddle handles payment processing as merchant of record and payment processor for StillMD Pro.
Customers are responsible for keeping the purchase email and account email accurate so entitlement, receipts, and support can be matched correctly.
Renewals may be cancelled before the next billing cycle through the customer account or billing flow.
Refund handling is described in the StillMD Refund Policy. Early software may change as release channels expand, and unsupported platforms or workflows are not promised until the product explicitly states they are available.
